Accordian Sketchbook Description

This workshop is designed to slow you down with gentle, methodical stitching. I first developed this in felt, the stitches represented a person in my life and the link I have with them. The idea then grew to be created in paper which was a game changer… The paper version opens up far more possibilities to use different mediums, paints, ink etc and a variety of mark making tools such as block printing and of course my growing love of stitch. These little books continue to inspire me and I hope they will inspire you too!

Payment

Accordian Sketchbook fee is £170. You should pay the deposit of £85 to secure your place. On receipt of the deposit you will receive a confirmation email. The balance should be paid two weeks before the start of the course

Accordian Sketchbook Student Requirements:

Basic sewing kit with a variety of different thickness of thread. Everything else I will provide.

Materials Fee: £5 / Student to cover paints paper and additional thread.

Further Information  Please bring your own lunch as there is no shop in the village, but tea, coffee and biscuits are provided throughout the day.

A list of b and b’s in the village, some walking distance   is available on request.
