October 2023 A new beginning
I have enrolled on ‘Defining Practice’ a year long course at Newlyn School of Art.. I am anxious to re invigorate my practice. I have retired fro. College teaching and from travelling the country delivering workshops and giving lectures. I am keen to focus kn my own work as an artist.This page will give a flavour of my experiences.
First session The very first minutes a meditation , thrn a lump of clay led me to form a hand, a gand crumpling, collapsing.. my hands are beginning to fail me so this was my meditation focus.
