Description
The beauty of Markmaking in Felt this workshop explores mark making using felt to record your findings. We will look at the “considered mark”, these are marks that distinguish certain things from others. A good example of this would be trees, we recognise trees by their colour, shape and bark. Now consider this, “what if the branches have snapped?” Now I see it as a non-considered mark, one that cannot be repeated in the same way. We will look at the manipulation of felt and how we can change it, we will make a felt zigzag book to record our findings.

Payment
The Beauty of Markmaking in Felt Fee is £160. You should pay the deposit of £80 to secure your place. On receipt of the deposit you will receive a confirmation email.
