Eco Printing Masterclass focuses on how to achieve that perfect print in tandem with the use of colour by way of tannins and natural dyes. Using a variety of mordant “recipes” and working with cotton fabric we will explore the ways in which different leaves with different properties can be combined in the ecoprinting process to generate a series of beautiful cloths. This class is suitable for anyone who has taken my spring or autumn classes or anyone that has some experience and understands the basics

Payment

The masterclass fee is £140…. Payment can be made by credit/bank card upon booking.  If you pay via bank transfer then your place will be confirmed once payment has been received. A materials fee of £5 will be collected by Caroline to cover dyes, and ecoprinting sundries.

Requirements

Approximately 2 metres of medium weight cotton fabric prepared for dyeing or scoured. Even better an old white cotton sheet.
