Class Description

.This class focusses.on the pursuit of the perfect print using a variety of different mordant recipes which will give different outcomes. We will also be combining these with different natural dyes and tannins which will allow the possibility of using plants which do not print well using other methods

Payment  the cost of these two days is £180, payable through the website at time of bookiing

Student Requirements..

approximately 1 metre of white cotton -…An old
cotton sheet works really well. If not white cotton of a similar weight
either prepared for dyeing or run through the washing machine

I metre of cotton flanneletteApron ,…gloves notebook and pen

There will be a £5 charge to cover dyes and ancillaries

Don’t forget your lunch!      N.B. There is no shop in the village
