Class Description

This is a slow hand stitching workshop which addresses the issue of what to do with..with all those eco printed fabric pieces that have been collected over time and how to get started with
stitching into the pieces. We will be assembling the pieces into a larger whole and with a bit of cover cutting and rearranging, construct a larger cloth on which to embellish and work upon. This class is suitable for beginner and experienced stitcher alike and plenty of advice and
instruction is offered to move the work forward. It is anticipated that the cloth will not be completed in the two days but can be completed at home and we could discuss the possibility of an ongoing Facebook
group to share and get tips.

Student Requirements.

.at least nine fabric pieces at least 6 inches
square. They do not all have to be ecoprints, they could be undyed
dyed rust prints.

A selection of threads. I will be supplying some
naturally dyed silk threads gratis.

Scissors, needles, notebook and pen

..I will also have some extra fabric packs and silk thread packs for sale
if needed

Payment  the cost of these two days is £180, payable through the website at time of bookiing

Don’t forget your lunch!      N.B. There is no shop in the village
