Description
Masterclass textiles is designed to provide a challenge to those students who wish to work independently but need a direction to kick start their work. Susan will issue challenges which may only last one session .. we will be influenced by the group, who may want a longer project. Students will be expected to be able to work independently, with advice from Susan where necessary.. The studio is well stocked and resources are available for everyone to use.

This is a year long class but bookable in three termly sessions… Autumn, spring and summer
Masterclass dates for 2026/2027, once a month on Mondays from 10.00am until 4.00pm, as follows.
Autumn – 5 Oct, 2 Nov,7 Dec Spring – 8 Feb, 8 March, 5 April Summer – 10 May, 7 June, 5 July

Masterclass fee is £180 each term
Information
Masterclass is available for those who wish to use the studio and all the resources for developing their own body of work but with significant challenges from Susan.. Students will work independently with some intervention from Susan… The direction of the year will to some extent be guided by the group
Resources
The studio is well stocked with resources which are available for your use. You should bring your own lunch as there is no shop in the village, but tea, coffee and biscuits are available throughout the day.
